If I could give 0 stars I would. Sold my Dad’s home through them. They completely messed up the numbers as far as the amount I was getting back at closing. They waited until the day AFTER I signed all the paperwork (basically sealing the deal) to tell me about an almost $30k mistake one of their processors made simply because she didn’t do her job well and didn’t bother to ask questions about something she later admitted she knew NOTHING about. She claims to take FULL responsibility for her mistake but to me that would mean that they would eat the total of the mistake SHE made, but of course all I got was a “sorry”. Terrible service. This company makes closing easy and does the heavy lifting behind the scenes, so all you have to do is provide them some basic information about yourself and the property you wish to sell. They do the rest, and they do it well. The person I worked most closely with was Michelle, who is a pleasure to deal with plus fast and responsive when you have a question. My husband and I are using Premier Escrow to close on our first home. We happen to be out of state during our closing for Christmas and had to do a mail away closing. As a first time homebuyer (closing the week of Christmas... from across the country) it is already stressful enough and they have made it a stress free process for us. We have been working with Alexis since the beginning. Alexis is extremely professional and very responsive, even responding after business hours to help us out with some hiccups we ran into shipping our closing documents.
