5 Stars – Excellent Service and Support from the Main Office! I’ve had a great experience with the main office team at Premier Development. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whether it's answering questions, processing maintenance requests, or assisting with lease paperwork, they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to make things easy and stress-free. They’re always quick to respond, communicate clearly, and treat residents with respect. It's clear that they genuinely care about the community and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Big thanks to the whole office team – your support makes a real difference!

Premier Development is one of the most sought after luxury apartment complexes to be in all of New Jersey. The apartments are of high-quality build, the staff is punctual, and the property is maintained with a level of security and order that makes me feel like I am home. I would recommend Premier Development to anyone who wants to live in peace and luxury.

I live in Gateway Apartments. I had a few issues that needed to be fixed in my apartment. The main issue was there was a foul stench coming from my toilet. Maintenance sent over someone that tried to convince me that it wasn't a problem. He was not very helpful at all. Then they sent over Jorge! Thank God for Jorge!!! He came over and fixed all of the problems quickly and with ease. I can't say enough great things about him! He is amazing!!! (Giving 4 stars because the first person they sent over was not very helpful but Jorge gets 5 stars!!!!)

Premier Developers took advantage of us and showed no compassion or professionalism. They charged a $50 per application fee—even for two autistic adult children that reside with my husband and I. It is beyond unethical to collect money from people they know will never qualify. I even tried to dispute the charges with my bank, but because Premier ran it as a “legitimate charge,” the bank couldn’t reverse it. We also tried contacting Premier directly multiple times, and they never returned a single call. This company preys on families and hides behind their “policies” while pocketing money from people who don’t stand a chance. Be aware before you apply—Premier Properties will take your money and ignore you when you try to reach them.

We have lived in the Green Hill Manor community for 8 years. We have always been pleased by response to any issues we have had. The Maintenance staff is good, especially Shaun. He is very prompt, efficient, respectful....friendly but professional. We feel fortunate to have the staff that this community employs.
