She is very well organized and connected to get things done.

This company never go to give your security deposit back. I lived eight years on a townhouse rented at this company in 2011. The carpet was about 6 year old now 13 years old, the walls never get paint since 2005 and I spent 1 full day cleaning this place before I returned it and they still charge me $120 for clean services plus $900 for paint the unit. Also never thinking about wear and tear, they charge me about $300 for kitchen gabinete losing the colors (WEAR AND TEAR). Don’t be surprised if they rip off you when buying property from this company. I Don’t trust this company, Staying way from this company.

Stay away. Bad business practices. They rented us a place that turned out to be a dump. Told us they would have it cleaned and repaired before we moved in. Place was filthy. Carpet was crunchy, I ended up filling the vacuum with just 2 bedrooms and stairs. Place smelled like pets and cigs especially when hotter. Broken glass took 2 months to fix. Ac was loud and barely worked. Asked to get fixed and took over 3 weeks. 89 degrees in middle of day inside with ac pumping whole time. Washer was wired off to light switch. 2 breakers went destroying a 2 week old 55 inch smart tv. No power for 2 weeks on right side of house. Tile grout in bathtub completely black. Tub worn and splotchy. Downstairs toilet leaked and barely flushed. They sent 2 people to try to fix. They couldn't. Never replaced. A
