I'm currently living at Town & country apartments I've been here for 7 years I have been dealing with nothing but migraines and headaches with this building saying they're going to fix things and then I have to deal with them for years and then them coming in here last minute to fix water or something on a Friday and then leaving me all weekend without water with me and my children this building has nothing together everything's falling apart and no one fixes anything I've been here for 7 years and have multiple videos and pictures of all the things that have happened in this apartment and I'm currently right now this weekend have no running hot water because someone came in on Friday to fix it and shut off all my water and left us with no apartment or anything to go into shower do not rec

Who do you call for after hours emergency. Nobody answers the office line it just rings and rings and rings

Shouldn't have put NO stars they are the worst ppl!! There are bedbugs in there apartments they have neighborhood watch on 6th st that literally records you and the walls are so thin that the neighbors pound on your wall if you have kids that lady ENVIES kids your not allowed to walk on her side of lawn she watches you through her doorbell camera at their rental apartment on 6th st it's ridiculous if your kids are yelling the neighborhood watch and the neighbors will call the cops on you the lease is from the 1st-3rd you pay rent and they evict you taking you to court saying it's due the 1st of the month when in writing it says 1-3 don't ever rent from these sorry ppl!!!

This not a review but rather a question... Do they have after hours drop box for money orders?

It's a nice apartment and needs a little bit of work and it needs insulation because every time it gets cold outside your apartment is about as cold as they outside is but I've been living here 7 years and it's really not worth the money that you have to pay but you have to think about a lot of different things they pay you your first 25 on your electric bill and they pay for your water and sewage and trash removal at one time you used to pick up cable but they did away with that one spectrum raise their prices the only bad thing about it is the parking people don't understand if you have a one-bedroom apartment you get one parking spot not to so that means when you have two people live in an apartment you only get one spot so they need to do something about the parking and for 650 bucks i
