Horrible experience with this landlord! We thought he was great in the beginning even though he charged us a double deposit but the place was disgusting when we moved in. Then after about 8 months of living there we had new neighbors move in and bring an abundance of cocktails roaches with them! The also partied all hours of the night and constantly trashed the shared laundry room. The landlord did absolutely nothing about it. Finally after 2 months of trying to rid the house of bugs he finally called someone to take care of it but it took them 3 times of coming and still never fixed it fully before we moved out. Our lease was up in April of 2025 so we were on a month to month lease and told him July 31 we would be out by August 12th and left our apt spotless and have all the pictures to p

I’ve had the pleasure of renting with Pregler properties when he took over the duplex I was renting for R & S construction. Everything went good until I moved out in July 2025. I made sure everything was clean when I moved after living there for 4 yrs besides a few items left on porch and in basement. I am owed a security deposit of 700. I know me leaving a few items did not total up to 700$. I even put up with roaches after living there for 3 yrs and never having the place exterminated. When asking for an exterminator and letting him know there were roaches he brought over some sticky traps and roach killer products from the store. Wasn’t sure why I was denied but I got approved for several other properties I wasn’t told anything other than being denied waste of time literally make the money haven’t hade any eviction ever or any thing that would deny me Mark or whoever emailed me no response an Mark very rude from not knowing someone first impression was to make yourself seem nice he gave very much empathetic gestures towards me and really made me feel very uncomfortable as a person!

I applied for a place with Mark and he would not return phone calls when I had a pending application, I had a clean background (no evictions and I hadn't been in trouble with the legal system for 10 years going on 11 now) Really speaks to his character as a landlord if he can't return phone calls to prospective tenants.
