Preferred Title of Missouri

I had a great experience! Everyone was very kind and helpful answering all my questions. The lobby is cozy with plenty of seating and snacks.

We actually had our closing in May of 2024. Back then Valerie was very helpful and assisting us with the closing. Unfortunately our real estate agent was not very thorough. We needed to complete the closing from out of town. The closing went great on line but our agent never collected all the paperwork we needed pertaining to the closing. So now today is January 31 2025 and we need to find all the missing paperwork for our tax return. I called and spoke to Emma and she was great and sent me the form that my tax person had asked for. Then we started thinking about the remaining paperwork we would have received if we had attended the closing.I called back and spoke to Sara. She was wonderful and did some searching and sent us all of the missing paperwork. Sara gave us Great Customer Service.

I did a refi closing here and they made it a supper easy experience. We were signing papers and we're in and out but didn't feel rushed. They were accommodating and offered refreshments. I'm sure for first time home buyers they are great too but they knew the pace that old time home owners want.

We closed on our house today. Preferred Title had all the paperwork in order. They were timely. Patrice explained clearly what we were signing and about the process. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. The staff was polite and professional.

As a Realtor, I love coming to Preferred because it’s small and if they get things done very quickly. We can usually close earlier and I haven’t had any trouble. When I call, I ask for Holly😁
