I was interested in renting a property here, this would’ve been my first time moving to Georgia! No one seemed to want to help, The lady called me to inform me that she needed Info on where I was working in Atlanta, I was telling her that I would be going back and forth as I’m entering a new state, She didn’t even TRY to hear me out- she literally just hung up in my face & let me know it wasn’t anything she can do! I reach out to Sean in regards of the property I was interested in, I never heard anything back from him. I promise I never felt so unimportant! The home I was looking into renting was very nice but I’m so grateful God avoided me into getting this property because I did NOT want to spend my money with people that doesn’t even have common curtsy!!!! I would not recommend!!!! 1/

The staff at Preferred Realty are friendly, professional, and work diligently to ensure tenants are safe and happy in their rentals. We began renting with them just a couple months ago and have pleased with response times, quality communication, willingness to work with us on repairs. So far, we have had nothing but positive experiences with PRS staff and their contacted help.
