My maintenance man Tim and his handy helper who I feel horrible for not remembering his name just left my house. Came by put in a new baluster gave me the most beautiful LED lights and I can now see inside my kitchen. Absolutely great job absolutely wonderful. They were efficient they were quick, always friendly. So excited that I have lights in my kitchen again. Great job to our maintenance staff was Preferred Property. A wonderful group of Maintenance people I must say.

I have been trying to find a decent place to live for a while now and been met with less than great care all over, until I meet Kai and Vanessa at Preferred Properties. From the first email to Kai, to the showing with Vanessa and then the paperwork with Mackenzie, I feel taken care of. Their interactions were professional yet friendly, and they were there to answer all of my questions immediately. Preferred Properties’ willingness to see me as a worthy client was everything, and more important to me than I think they can imagine

This company is the absolute worst. My husband and I rented a home through their management company for 3 years. Not only did we have horrible issues with maintenance taking over 3 weeks to address issues but they also entered our home without notice while I was home alone, and scared the life out of me. It was so bad the home owner instructed us to direct everything through her. They do not return calls, are extremely aggressive and rude and lie about information. They will not return your deposit and place blatantly incorrect information on the move out paperwork. They charged us for “dirty carpet” in the master bathroom which is obviously tile along with 4-5 other huge misinformation. The reviews don't lie, Preferred Property Management is truly horrible. In the two years I rented from them, I had put in many maintenance requests, and most of them never got addressed. Not a good experience and would encourage everyone to look elsewhere.

From the DAY I moved into my rental home I had issues getting this office to make concessions noted in my lease as agreed upon by the property owner herself. When they finally made the changes for me to sign my lease I thought I was in the clear. Im an easy renter. No BS. I dont drink or smoke. We never had a dog. Never had noise issues. I had some months when work was slow for my business that rent was paid late but thats it. And I was constantly treated like a problem. The office said it was the owner Monika, but when talking to Monika it was all on the office and she had nothing to do with it. We finally decided to buy instead of rent and after putting $1100 into floor cleaning, move out cleans and repainting and patching walls they still decided to keep my ENTIRE security deposit. The
