DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They have charged me for services that were never done: cleaning of the house, washing carpet after my tenants moved out. Failed to fix basic things to be presentable to potential tenants like changing the light bulbs, removing the rubbish from the property even though I paid for it to be done. Next, they have neglected to rent my house for 5 months after my first tenants moved out. The company claimed that the market is slow, people are not interested in renting my house. As the time went by, they lowered the rental price three time to "attract" potential tenants. The truth is their real estate agent didn't respond to potential renters' calls, texts.
