The management is horrible to say the least. They never respond to requests, nor do they apologize for their tardiness. If you're staying at one of the buildings they manage, good luck to you because your rent/lease questions will never be answered. The only good thing about the building is the doorman, John. He does EVERYTHING for the tenants.

As a resident of Laurelton Gardens, I've had an excellent experience with Precision Asset Management, our management company. The grounds are consistently well-maintained and clean. Whenever I've encountered an issue, whether it's regarding maintenance or billing, they've been prompt and efficient in resolving it. The staff is not only obliging and friendly but also remarkably professional. Overall, their responsiveness is impressive, and I wholeheartedly recommend this management company.

I have lived in a condo community for 15 years, have had several different management companies and can honestly say Precision is hands down the best company we have ever had. Principal/Owner Vince consistently walks the property to identify any issues, very proactive, was hugely instrumental in saving our community tremendous savings with new energy efficient HVAC units. Billing, common charge processing, flow of information, office personnel , all exemplary and I would highly recommend anyone who lives in a managed community to seriously consider using them to manage your complex.

I currently reside at 29 Woodmere Blvd, a property under Precision Management Group. I have been completely satisfied with the level of service that management has provided. The property manager diligently conducts routine inspections to ensure the functionality of the premises. Moreover, my experiences with the management office have been commendable, as they consistently provide quick and helpful responses to any inquiries. In instances where maintenance issues arise within my apartment, the manager promptly engages the super, who with out fail demonstrates immediate and effective resolution of the concerns.
