My wife and I recently built a home with Precision Homes, we cannot recommend them enough! We had heard tons of horror stories from friends & family members who had to constantly stay on their over-extended builder to maintain communication and correct various tasks throughout the build. We were almost expectant of the same treatment, but from the moment we met with Ashley in sales we began to think differently. They went above and beyond to work with us on customization throughout the build constantly maintaining a high level of customer service. Our superintendent was Cory, he was fantastic. He was sure to provide weekly updates and answer all calls and texts within a reasonable amount of time. We chose Precision to build our dream home. We wanted a mid-century modern home and they made it happen. From design through construction, Paul Tapia and Corey Lavender were there with us the entire way. Paul guided us through the design and purchase then Corey managed the building project. They answered all our questions kept us informed from start to finish. We love our new home!!

We had a great experience with Precision Homes. We have recommended them to several people in our area. Ashley was very patient and informative with the layout, design, and changes. Amber and Nathan were equally patient and knowledgeable assisting us with colors, flooring, cabinets. Corey was awesome as our builder. He knew we were hoping to finish and move in before the new school year (we knew it was a long shot with weather delays). We closed and moved in almost 2 months early. Corey kept us informed throughout and always got back with us if we had any questions along the way. 5/5 stars.

Amazing team! We are in the process of finishing up our forever home through precision homes and we couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work. Everyone has been wonderful to work with. We specially loved Paul our sales guy who was upfront and honest and organized from the beginning. Also Sean has been a gem of a superintendent for construction. He has covered us with his expertise and positive force throughout the whole process. Building custom homes isn’t for the faint of heart and he has been so supportive and helpful.
