I recently had a professional inspection conducted on my newly constructed home, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Although the house was brand new, I wanted to ensure that everything met quality standards before moving in. William arrived promptly and was very thorough throughout the process. He checked all major systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, insulation, and structural components. Despite being a new build, he identified several issues that needed attention, such as minor plumbing leaks, improperly installed insulation in the attic, and a few cosmetic defects like uneven paint and misaligned cabinet doors. William was very easy to get in touch with and was able to schedule my inspection on short notice. He showed up right on time and conducted a very thorough inspection and completed the report on the same day! Big shout out to him for going right on the roof to inspect it in a middle of a very hot summer day. Would definitely recommend.

Super professional and detailed team! Have worked with them for years now. Attention to detail and customer service is par none. In one property a missing bulb was reported during final walk-through and William actually pulled a photograph showing the bulb was present during his inspection. Scary how good their reports are - buyers can reliably tell everything that there is wrong with the house they are buying well before making a decision. I'd recommend sellers getting this service before they offer their property too :)

William was fantastic to work with. He was at our house to do the inspection within a couple days of our initial call. The cost for a 4 point and wind mitigation for my insurance company was the best pricing I could find. I would highly recommend Precise Home Inspection in the future.
