We are just starting to look for our forever home. We met with Zach and he took the time to show us all that Pratt has to offer. He was very informative and a pleasure to speak with. The on-site selection is extensive and we looked at tiny homes, cottages and full size homes. The quality construction is impressive and the designs our truly fantastic. The hard part will be in deciding which to choose!

He walked us through multiple homes with patience and care, really listening to what my mom needed. Once we finished touring, he immediately got to work helping us find the right fit. Carter has been sweet, curious, kind, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand my mom’s situation and went above and beyond to make sure she could find a home that met her needs and fit her budget.
