Prairie Spring Apartments

DONT BOTHER I made an appointment for a tour at 2pm I was told to arrive a few minutes early when I arrived no one was in the office I emailed they told me someone would come and help me as soon as possible I waited for 40 minutes NO ONE CAME and they stopped responding to my emails. There were also residents who said this is a normal thing no one ever helps or is in the office

Never answer the phone and the office closes at 4 so they cant even help you during the after hours because its the same number. they say they completed your request and it never gets done. Now i have a mouse in my apartment, DO NOT MOVE HERE EVERYONE IS MOVING OUT

They never answer the phone I have to go up there randomly and hope someone is in office..

I have been calling for two wks not one answer or call back they say someone would text you messages which never happened I guess I'm done calling I will not try again

This place is unprofessional. They sit in the office, ignore calls, and don’t answer the door. They don’t fix anything either.
