Prairie Park

I've been here about a year and it's a lovely place! It feels like a neighborhood and not a complex. The units are very nice =)

I'm going to miss this place so much!!! The apartments are incredibly spacious and built to last. These were not quickly slopped together like many of the newly built apartment complexes in the Eau Claire area. Just take a look at the cabinets for example! They actually have interlocking wood slabs and are free of plastic pieces within the hinges. I also loved taking walks around the complex with its winding walkways and beautiful greenery! Ah, if only I didn't have to relocate for my job

Lived here for 3 years before needing to relocate for work. The neighborhood is clean and quite. It was a nice place to raise my young son for his early life with paths and parks in the neighborhood. The management was responsive and maintained the property well. Winter plowing was not the best, but I think that is more on the company they contracted than the management. The location is convenient to access US-53 or I-94 for traveling in or out of Wisconsin.

Management needs to learn how to plow the roads properly. Went to visit and Jesus H. Christ, what a joke!! Whomever plowed should be ASHAMED of themselves. It is HORRIBLE!
