Prairie One

Five stars isn’t enough for Prairie one! The apartments are awesome, the common areas are always spotless, and the move-in process was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Huge shoutout to PTM for being so helpful and making me feel at home right away. If there’s an opening here, take it-you won’t regret it!

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this property was. It was clean and well kept. looks better than the photos. Management was friendly and made the process easy and stress free when I signed up.

Way better now that management companies changed. The whole building is slowly getting updated and I love the security doors,cameras, and the fact that they have on site cashless laundry.

They are pretty fast on getting things fixed if something breaks inside your room. I had a bad neighbor and I kept telling management and they didn’t renew their lease and evicted somebody else when everyone complained about him leaving trash everywhere.
