I’ve gotten to know Cindy Park from Prado Group and have always been impressed by her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and integrity. Through her, I’ve also learned how Prado Group approaches development with a focus on community values, seeking to add lasting benefit not just to the built environment but to the neighborhood as a whole. She’s also introduced me to people in her network who speak very highly of her, which only reinforces the respect she and Prado Group have earned.

I’ve been truly impressed with the renovations to this apartment community. The updates to the landscaping and amenity areas have completely transformed the property — everything feels modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The upgraded clubhouse has been a huge benefit for my work-from-home routine, offering a great space to focus outside of my apartment. The new fitness equipment in the gym is also a major plus and makes it easier to stay active without needing an outside membership. You can really tell the developer put care into improving residents’ quality of life. Well done!

It's always been a pleasure to work with Prado. They have treated us very well with complete professionalism.

Hated dealing with this company. They let my downstairs neighbor play obnoxious music all the time and when I played my violin every so occasionally (much less frequently) they send the super down to tell me to stop. Also they had a part of the building collapse while I was renting and they sent me to live in possibly the worst apartment in existence while it was being repaired. They didn’t have any form of building-wide communication and when we tried to start a tenants community they said it wasn’t allowed. Would never recommend renting with this company.

Prado Group has always been top notch, a good team that wants to do right for their tenants and the community. They also have a great portfolio in downtown San Francisco where they focus the majority of their investments in.
