Linda was fabulous!!! Linda made the entire process so incredibly smooth. It was a pleasure to speak with Linda on the phone and meet in person, very friendly and professional.

I recently purchased two separate properties. I used Power settlement group for both properties. I requested wire instructions to be sent approximately 2-3weeks before settlement. They said this would not be a problem. The staff failed to send me the instructions on till several days before settlement. They also demand that the money be in their account 5-7 days before settlement even though they only sent me the instructions 7 days before settlement. I contacted the staff regarding this issue. The person I spoke to was very unfriendly and unprofessional to my real estate agent and also unfriendly to me. They made the process significantly more stressful and inconvenient that it has to be. I would recommend finding another settlement group to deal with. Will not do business with again. U

I have been using Power Settlement Services for 10 years. I have surely trusted them to close almost 100 transactions. This is the best title company I have been involved with and very low instances of issues or closing delays. When problems do come up they seem to be able to work through them quickly.

I recently purchased a home, and used Power Settlement as the title company. While they were fine during the initial process, that did not carry over afterward. Two months after closing, I had not received a water bill. I had been told by the city beforehand that the title company would send in the deed after closing, and that would update the bill to my name. When I called the water bureau, they said they never received anything. When I called Power Settlement, I was only given the option of leaving a message. I did that, asking for a call back, and sent an email as well. No one ever responded, and they never took any action. Luckily, I was able to resolve the issue myself, but it's frustrating that they didn't bother to follow up.

Power was the settlement company involved with the purchase of my first home. They made everything a really smooth, easy process. I would highly recommend them.
