Potomac Shores by Pulte Homes

I bought 2 properties here. It is an amazing area and really excited for what is coming to the area. Town center being built a block from me, golf course a block away, and the gym with swimming pools a block. Pulte builds strong sturdy homes and glad I got 2. I talked to TV and Andrew and they are amazing and will get the job done. Update: I have to shout out our construction manager Robbie. The house is fantastic. Absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and very detailed.

I own a home in this area and love it. Our community has all the amenities a homeowner would want; including a clubhouse for social events, a pool, and a gym. We are one year into purchasing our home and are very pleased with this long-term investment.

First time home buyer, and my experience working with Pulte exceeded my expectations. They answered all of my many questions in a timely fashion and really worked within my budget to build me a beautiful home. The warranties are incredible. The builder also provides a ton of education about how to take care of your home.

2 years in our townhome and we are very happy. The community is well planned and we are very happy with the floor layout of our townhome. It is very open with lots of windows to let natural light in. The one improvement I can suggest is that Pulte should use all the low noise bathroom fans instead of just using it in the master bathroom. Even if it will be an upgrade option.

New to the area. Myself and several other of my neighbors have a non-existing address for WELL over a month now. We cannot place orders of ANY kind because the address doesn’t show up anywhere. We’ve contacted endless people and no one seems to care to handle this issue. I run a small business and carriers lost several important packages already. I lost business and I can no longer risk losing supplies so I’m continuing to lose business! For what does show up, I shouldn’t have to chase drivers down the street or drive to different locations to retrieve something I paid for. What if there’s an emergency? Not even an officer or ambulance will be able to locate us. I have been way too patient, along with neighbors, but enough is enough and this is just ridiculous, at this point. “Professional
