Potomac Commons Apartments and Townhomes

I don’t know what all these negative review are for, but my experience has been awesome! Plus, I scrutinize hard when it comes to where I live, what I’m paying for, and services that go with it. The staff here have been amazing since the first bit of interest I showed in moving here. Kim and Gabby have been especially amazing! They are so patient, and understanding, and took all the time I needed to answer my questions with not so much as even a hint of frustration. They were setup well to help me get moved in, even with COVID still in full swing. My apartment is beautiful, and all the appliances are pretty high end and were new looking. The apartment was well prepped for my arrival, and the one small issue I had with the bathroom, maintenance came out ASAP to take care of it. I cannot rea

I am getting to learn more about my new community and surrounding neighborhood. Leasing office staff, neighbors and businesses have been wonderful. Even the Uber drivers have been friendly to me so I give God thanks for putting me in an area where I am closer to my family members

Bianca & Kenny are best! Bianca explained the process throughly and got everything done quickly for us to move in. The apartments are nice and close to a shopping center nice area to be in. So happy staying here! Kenny has been amazing help on the front desk he is super efficient friendly and respectful. If there’s anything you need always try to ask for kenny he gets the job done!!!

Bianca was very professional. She took her time and explained Everthing. Miss Valeria helped me with the lights. The move in been sweet. Very quiet.
