I needed help with a small project involving the erection of a steel building. Paul took my call on the first ring and spent dozens of hours on the development phase, including the solicitation of building suppliers and subcontractors. I have never given a review before, but I was so impressed with Poteet Construction, I just had to speak up. The project was to remodel the kitchen (included removing walls) and add a porch to the back of the house. To be honest, I was little nervous about using Poteet Construction because they were the lowest bid and stated could start in a couple of weeks and complete the job in 3 months, while other bids were substantially more expensive and would start months later and would take 6 months to complete. Paul Poteet was very accurate with his timeline, in fact he complete the project 1 day short of 3 months. We used Poteet Construction to build our dream home on Lake Houston. He was very thorough, used quality materials, and had great craftsmanship. I watched every phase of the build from start to finish and had little to no complaints. I would definitely use Poteet Construction again!

Paul Pooteet is wonderful. His crew is excellent. He recently added a sunroom to our home. It is beautiful. We had existing paneling in the living room, but wanted double french doors on both sides leading into sunroom. He matched the colors seamlessly. He would have been accurate in his time line and bid, however we kept adding and he patiently agreed to do even more , though I am sure he had other jobs to attend to. No matter how many times we changed our minds which even involved redoing some things at no fault of him or his crew he would just patiently do it. We just wrapped up a master bathroom addition with Poteet Construction. They did a great job! Paul M was such a pleasure to work with and was always trying to make sure that we were happy with what we were getting. After previously having not great work done by another contracting company a few years ago, it’s refreshing knowing that everything was done correctly and corners weren’t cut. We are so happy with our new bathroom/closet and know we will enjoy it for many years to come!
