My family had a wonderful stay at Molasses Hill. We visited with small children (4 yrs and 1.5 yrs) and grandparents, and every one was comfortable and happy. Posto has furnished and equipped this rental perfectly, everything we needed to cook/grill all meals, a huge number of games for the children, other useful supplies for the kids (crib, pack ‘n play, high chair, booster seat, cups/plates/utensils), and there was an endless supply of clean towels and sheets. The pool is very nice and clean, and is equipped with various floats and lots of pool towels. There washer and dryer were great, we could have made do with much less luggage since they were available. The house is very old (1760!), but lovingly restored. It is surprisingly clean and cozy inside! We would definitely visit again and
We were a group of college friends who rented a lovely Posto property in Great Barrington. The house was very clean, bright, airy, and the backyard was absolutely stunning- the fire pit and screened in porch were wonderful. The linens and towels were all high quality and the beds and bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was functional and well appointed. The living room was cozy and stocked with games and puzzles. The management at Posto Property was communicative, welcoming and provided very specific instructions for check in and check out. They supplied us with a variety of suggestions for dining and local activities. They were very responsive and answered al of our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend renting through this group.
The team at Posto is awesome! They are very attentive to details and help guide you as to how to best prepare your home for a rental. They are quick to answer your questions and make very appropriate recommendations. They also are very welcoming of my questions and recommendations. When I visited my own home, I felt like I was on vacation as they gave me the same attention that they do their guests! I highly recommend them as a management company!
We had a lovely stay at Silver Ridge. The house was beautiful and spacious and immaculately clean. Posto was helpful and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, will definitely be back!
