Hate to cause issues for local merchants, but not getting paid and having to make multiple calls to try and get paid after receiving a signed contract which was not honored. Disrespectful and tried to put all the blame on the contractor. Will no longer do work for Postal Realty company. Was called 4 to 5 times a day about getting service call put in and after work was completed in good faith the invoice was still outstanding 90 days later.

This company has put a review about Mickel Handyman Service in San Antonio TX starting I stole there money. There are 3 change orders and they wont pay any extra. So this is slander. This is the wrong way of doing business. I filed a complaint with you. Nate told me they were going to contact the postmaster and call me back. Nope no call, no text, no email, no nothing. Then you call me a theft on my google page. Your theft. I did an inspection and took pictures. This took me 3.5 hours. Never got paid for that. Then the extras. Nope. I will not work for free. Then the ceiling tiles must likely have asbestosis. Can't get a test. Got finish.

I've put in my time and my money to do a job for these people and due to the insisted use of material not useable so they could get job done dirt cheap i wasn't able to complete it. They finnally ordered proper material and refused to pay me for the added work and expenses. Due to their mistake job is on hold. Now they want to blame me for the hold up. I have $700.00 invested and they say they are hiring another contractor to Finnish my job and refuse to pay me what i have invested. These people are crooked and want me to give them all the work and money i have in it.

My husband is a Contractor in Pennsylvania.He was contacted By Dan from Postal Reality to do some work at the Post Office near us.He stated that he/they were great to work for and the communications to achieve their goal to complete the job was excellent.He was Leary at first to do the job because of a few negative reviews but took the chance with Dan and the Job was completed per their specifications and all Photo"s where sent to show the work progress and completion.He also stated that he was Paid in full in a timely matter..Thanks Dan & Postal Reality it was a pleasure and will do work for you anytime....LARRY

Great communication and easy to work with. I’m a contractor in Arkansas and the process was flawless. Really enjoy working with them.
