I just read the last two reviews and I can't believe that this company was given 1 Star! Any way I just purchased my first home with my husband, both Manuel and Teresita were amazing! They were attentive throughout the entire process. I had A LOT of questions and they answered them in great detail. They were quick and got everything taken care of and we were able to close our house in a month! Their experience definitely shows.And I know the old owners got their check on time and were pleased with Posh title as well. So after the great experience my husband and I had I will gladly recommend this company to anyone closing on their home. Thank you again!

As part of the Real Estate industry for over 15 years and being a Real Estate Broker for the past 6 years when purchasing or selling a home I understand the process and how frustrating it can be. I have closed many deals with Posh Title and not one have they not given 100% and been not only professional but ethical and fair. At Posh Title services they strive to make every transaction as smooth as possible, taking into consideration all that is involved, from the sellers, buyers, their agents, lenders, appraisal, surveyors, and others needed to be part of it to finalize a closing.
