Portico Properties

We stayed in one of these apartments for one month while my husband had treatments at Mayo. The apartment was very clean and furnished with everything we could possibly need. Having our own inside laundry was a Huge plus. The beds were a 10+ for comfort! Having 2 full.bathrooms was a necessity for us and worked out very well. If I had to change one thing it would be to have a recliner in the living room. The chair/ottoman and couch were both rather low and hard to get out of with weak and tired legs. But we definitely recommend these apartments and would rent them again!!

I have been bringing my daughter to Mayo for 10 years now and we have stayed at many different hotels. However, we just spent a month in a Grove Condo and it has been the best lodging we have ever had. The unit is very clean and modern. It is one-level with no carpet which is perfect as my daughter has an IV pole to maneuver. The full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer are wonderful amenities. I also loved the location near the excellent walking paths along a creek. Best of all, it was a 3-minute drive to Mayo where in the past it has taken us up to 30 minutes to drive from the hotel to the clinic. With that, we were able to come back to the condo in between appointments which was a huge benefit. Bekah was very responsive when I booked the unit and to the questions I had. I high

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We needed to spend five weeks for appointments at the Mayo Clinic. Only a ten minute walk with nice sidewalks all the way. Our two bedroom, two bath condo was very tastefully decorated with all the nice amenities we needed.

This property was great with all the amenities needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and dishes you will need. The on-site laundry was great to have. It was very clean with a modern feeling. Having onsite parking was a plus snow removal done promptly after a spring snow storm. I would highly recommend staying here for any length of time.
