Port Susan Camping Club Sales Office

I've lived here a year now. Over all, staff and tenants are friendly and polite. And there's a diverse group of residents. At first, I was afraid I'd moved into a gated white community, but then was happy to see POC as well. Still predominantly white, but hopefully that will change with time. The amenities are well maintained. They're strict on the rules, but I see that as a plus. I honestly love the place. I thought there'd be more wildlife, but there are raccoons, squirrels and coyotes enough, and a variety of birds. I've only seen one deer. It's one of the best places I've lived in my 70+ years

Very nice folks willing to help. I've been a buyer and seller multiple times. No pressure to buy or sell.

Watch out people. Don't give anyone anything until u talk to an attorney. They are trained to tell u what u want to hear.

People should treat people how they want to be treated. Not very nice people do better

The rangers think they are high paid detectives. Be careful 🧐
