Port Royale Marina

This is a very quaint small Marina for local apartments and condos. I'm sure that others do come here because of the location. It's a very small simple marina with limited things: public bathroom or food/beverage places.

We work professionally at Port Royal performing hull cleaning service on a number of vessels. The docks are new and well kept. It’s always a pleasure working here. Port Royal is highly recommended.

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever lived. And when I moved in it was great. The staff was super friendly, they made you feel like a VIP. Modera was always clean, elevators always worked, I just never had any issues besides not having phone service. Then as time progressed it seems that things changed. The office staff wasn’t too friendly nor helpful, the elevators are always breaking, and modera wasn’t kept up with as much as before. Additionally, the staff wasn’t very helpful when it came to the pandemic and rent/amenities. All amenities were understandably off limits, yet the $400/monthly fee for them was still included in my rent. The only payment plan options given in regards to Covid were not realistic.
