They don’t answer the phone literally EVER. I MIRACULOUSLY got a hole of who I’m assuming to be the property manager and asked what criteria has to be met in order to live there. She gave me a brief rundown of where I could go on the actual property to get a PIECE OF PAPER telling me what all I need to know instead of her just telling me herself. I asked a SIMPLE YES OR NO QUESTION for clarification and she immediately catches an attitude. I’m not one to argue over the phone so I simply said “okay, thank you.” And she hangs up right in my face. If that’s the type of treatment you give to someone who’s asking questions for basic information and how to move there I’d really hate to see how you treat and talk to your tenants. Disgusting. 👎

Moved here a few months ago, and It has been quiet and peaceful. I have no noise disruption or loud neighbors. VERY CLEAN AND LANDSCAPE STAYED MAINTENANCE!!! The landlord makes sure all my needs are met in a timely manner. She makes her need, to do periodic checks of the grounds and speaks everytime. She is very professional and very polite. She gives timely notices of who is coming and when. Instead of other landlords, that I have encountered. Highly recommend this area.

This place is an absolute joke DO NOT move here! I wish I could give 0 STARS! The "Manager" needs to really step out of her office and walk her property and look at how trashy her property really is! She is absolutely worthless and does nothing to curb the ongoing issues at her property!! She allows certain residents to get by with anything and everything and is quick to write up others for false accusations! Whenever you call with a complaint you are told to put it in writing, even when you do submit the complaint in writing AND you have photos of all your complaints there is NEVER anything done! Her favorite response is "I will take care of it." THAN DO THAT!!! THIS IS OUR HOME THIS IS OUR SAFE PLACE! TRY SHOWING THAT YOU CARE! She don't care because she doesn't live there! Certain resid

Ive stayed here for 6 years with no issues. Didnt renew my lease because i would be the only tenant after my daughter relocated to the place where her college is. My security deposit of 200.00 was taken for whatever reason ,because i cleaned the apt. and it was just normal wear and tear ( carpet needed to be cleaned etc.) There were no holes or damage and now my credit report says i owe 191.00. I went with my money order to pay and somehow my release of lease can not be found to provide the amount or why the charge. I still have the money order and have been to the office and left several messages and still no call back.This is really unprofessional, because this is hurting my credit and affecting any future home applications that i apply for and its not my fault that this is happening.
