Port City Apartments

Thank you Port City for allowing me to renew my lease you have really been a blessing to me throughout my struggle time. Thank you to everyone in the Office that knows my situation and that's been helping me with my situation I renewed my lease today because port city is a place of understanding and all you have to do is communicate with your people that you live around and you never know the helping hand that will give you. This is my 7th yr God is Good.. Thank you management of Port City and everyone in the Office. Keep Helping People.

First of all, People STEAL your packages ALLLL THE TIME here- no one does anything—they’ve recently put flyers talking about the problem of people stealing packages just for my package to be stolen AGAIN days after. The water pressure has been shit since moving in here- it’s either too low, too cold or BOTH The stairs are filthy EVERY DAY, from piss to crack to cigerettes- it’s just unsanitary if you have a new born DONT MOVE HERE. the elevators are super far and the stairs are always nasty. And I agree with majority of the people who say it depends on who you deal with on if your issue will be handled in a convenient manner or not!!!

We loved our little home here! I am so thankful my roommate found this place for us a few years ago while we were moving back to Richmond. It's really convenient to be a short drive to anywhere you need to go in the city, or if you need to take 95 anywhere. Having a nice space with up to date appliances and in unit washer/dryer is hard to come by in cities, it was awesome to have everything we needed. There has always been a good sense of community, our apartment was so cute, plus the office staff is so kind and prompt. The community manager Shanee always made sure we were taken care of during our time living there, and she made the whole process of moving in and moving out stress free. It's bittersweet to leave, we are so grateful we chose here before we found a house!

I have now been at Port City for almost 1 month and I really Love this apartment, and the community. I had an AC issue and Victor Braddy did a Great Job making sure my AC problem got fixed as quickly as possible, I really appreciate you so much. Also George with Maintenance help me with my washer and dryer even worked past his time to get off to make sure it was right. THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH. I would absolutely recommend Port City apartments to anyone that is wanting a Great place to live.

Great staff! Always courteous and polite. The application process and move in was hassle free. I was able to get all my questions answered before my move in date. I am settled in now and loving my very spacious new apartment with awesome amenities!
