DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I can save one person from a frustrating and disgusting living environment, then my review has served its purpose. I moved into Poplar Place in January 2025. Immediately after moving in, we had major maintenance issues and I already regretted signing our lease. We were told we could move in early, so we did. They told us the tub was not ready to use yet, and we would have to set a date for them to finish spraying the tub. We obliged as we thought it would only be a few days. We were not able to use our tub for almost TWO MONTHS. We were told they didn’t know when corporate would accept the work order for them to finish our tub. That’s unacceptable. BAD EXPERIENCE, ROACH INFESTED, AND IVE NEVER HAD ROACHES, been living here for almost a year now and it’s always someone new in office BIG TURN OVER, lack of communication they temporarily fix things , I’ve not been able to use my patio since I’ve been over here due to the old wood that’s infested with bee nests (did I mention I was attacked by them)and the rail is hanging over putting anybody at risk of danger the rent go up and down adding on insurance fees we already pay for that’s just 10 dollars a month we paying 40 for theirs 🤦🏽‍♀️ anywho they live for sending eviction with no care even if your going through a crisis they don’t care and they denied mifa saying they don’t use them which was a lie,overall I’m just ready for the lease to be over so we can run out these apartments hopi

These ppl dont answer the phone. Filled out an app a week ago and crickets. No denial letter or anything. Just a waste of money. This is a scam. I think the office ladies are only approving their family and friends. Between me and my siblings, we've applied to this place 4x over the last 6 months and STILL GET 0 RESPONSE Neither me or my 3 sisters EVER get an answer about our applications. U might as well apply with a fake bank acct. At least u wont be out of money. SCAMMMM

After a rough and stressful morning, visiting Poplar Place turned our whole day around. Kayla was an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such warmth and made us feel right at home. My husband and I lived at Poplar Place Townhomes from July 2024- July 2025, and our experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The rent is far too high for the quality of the units, which have poor insulation and outdated systems, leading our electric bill to reach nearly $850 in the winter just trying to keep the home warm.
