The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and offers a diverse community. Mrs. Lashan is incredibly sweet and helpful—she takes the time to answer all your questions and ensures you get a thorough tour of the property. With such a dedicated staff committed to keeping tenants happy, you really can’t go wrong with Poplar Pines. An added bonus is the location!

My son has lived at Poplar Pines for one year now... Poplar Pines is a GREAT Place to Live !!!! He has absolutely loved it here. Ms. Sheila is The Best Manager EVER !!! She is so sweet and friendly and Knows Her Job, goes over and beyond to help you !!! Maintenance is always quick to respond with any issues which have been very few. If you are looking for a safe, quite, and nice Place to live then Poplar Pines is Your Place !!!!!!!!

I love this place. Neighbors are respectful and it peaceful and quiet. The property is well maintained. Any problems reported has been fixed immediately. The apartment manager Ms Shelia treat it like it’s her own place. She is awesome, very sweet! I have live here over 4 years and really enjoy living here.

I have lived here for some time now! The complex is the best! It’s quiet it’s clean it’s dog grand the staff is amazing!! There is nothing that they won’t do for u! Miss Shelia is the absolute best. She helped with getting everything together for my move in. I love living here

Shelia Henderson is the property manager and she is absolutely incredible. Even though I decided last minute not to move here, I still wanted to give this place 5 stars for location, pricing, and such a wonderful management team. The only reason I decided not to move here was I found a location downtown that was closer to work and other spots that I frequently visit. I would recommend Poplar Pines to anyone looking for a place to live. I toured one of the rooms and it was very spacious and updated with new appliances. Overall 5 star experience and if something else had not become available last minute this is the place I would want to be living.
