Jessica and Tristan have been amazing. They have navigated us through selling a rental home in Friendship. Unfortunately, once our tenants were unable to purchase the home when we decided to sell, they became a bit of an handful and things got a little bit messy, but Jessica handled it with care. Our situation was definitely unique however, Jessica and Tristan were absolutely the best for a scenario like ours. I trusted her from my first phone call last year. We currently live in Florida, which is definitely a big stretch along the east coast, but I genuinely feel we could not have found a better agent.

Tristan was my realtor and I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience! He was very professional, communicative, informative, responsive and just a great guy to work with. He was very clear with his communication and would always respond to me in a timely manner. He would follow up with me directly after every showing or conversation regarding the sale to tell me what I needed to know. He answered every question I had in a way that I understood. He helped me a lot through this process as there is so much I didn’t know about selling a house.
