Ponds of Odessa by Benchmark Builders

Open space not tended to. Overgrown weeds and overfilled dumpsters. Still have not been addressed. Their response was that the residents of the community have been using the dumpster for personal trash. They offered an excuse and gave not one solution. This is a disgrace!!!!

Tianne in the sales office was nothing but professional, courteous and supportive during the build of my new home. She answered all of my questions promptly and continues to provide assistance even after closing. She is knowledgeable about the community and would be a pleasure to work with again. 10/10 highly recommended.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with purchasing a new home with Benchmark Builders. I worked with Tianne Bennett who assisted with the build of this lovely home that we now have. Tianne was able to help us throughout the entire process with design designing our home, progress updates, and with any questions that we may have had. Tianne’s friendliness has been so helpful and encouraging for the nerves that we may have experienced throughout this journey. These houses look like they were built by toddlers. Levels and squares clearly weren't given to the framers of these houses. Our windows leak during storms and are super drafty. They should be embarrassed by the quality of construction these places are. WAY overpriced for poor construction!
