Ponds of Edina

My fiancée and I have only been living here for a few months and this is the perfect living situation for us. our building manager, Kris, goes above and beyond and maintenance team is also great! Neighbors are friendly, people keep to themselves but will help if we need it, we also love how quiet it is around here too. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve lived here at Ponds for almost 3 years. I cannot say enough good things! Kris the manager is BEYOND amazing and helpful! The building is unbelievably quiet and in meticulous condition. The owner of the property comes and plants beautiful flowers in the summer herself! Maintenance is done in a timely manner. (My air conditioning went out last summer and my apartment was 95 degrees but maintenance was away so they had an outside source to replace it in less than a day!) Most of my neighbors have lived here for 20 plus years! That says it all!

This apartment was and will always be amazing! I stayed in this apartment for 5 years and I hardly had any issues. The staff were very fast at responding to issues.

Great management, quiet all the time, underground heated parking, I’m very pleased so far, 1 month in. Property manager Kris is great.

Very rude staff; the person on the phone even didn't answer my questions regarding the apartments before she hung up! she was so rude. never go for these apartments with this horrible management.
