Our time at a rental house in Estes Park, CO was really fantastic. It was clean, it had all amenities we needed and more, and when there was a mishap with one of the utilities, the company was quick to address it. We'll be staying with them again in the future.

We stayed the week in Estes Park at Serenity Pines…the experience from start to finish was PERFECT! The property was beautiful, and looked just like the pictures…everything was communicated well, and they gave very detailed instructions for the check in and check out process! Property was clean, and very well maintained! LOVED Estes, and plan on staying at this property again in the future! Thank you!

July 2025 -We were very pleased with the friendly staff and quick response to drop off some items needed! Even when WE made the mistake of not remembering the Red Lettered Page about not turning around in a neighbors driveway, and conveyed the neighbors anger at the management company....Ponderosa was kind and gently reminded us about the red letter page w/o any blame. Truly nice group, professional and would be happy to rent from them again!

We rented an airbnb from this group, I would stay away from these people, first of all, we showed up to the property in our large car, (Tahoe), it was raining when we got there, there was gravel and some sand for a driveway, and immediately after parking in the driveway it was very muddy, we were coming and going from the house many times, it got really muddy like a swamp, with mud like 3 inches deep in the driveway, there were NO rules saying we can’t park in the grass right next to the driveway, so in order to be able to get out safely with our 2 small children, we parked in the grass, I’ve attached a photo that shows the driveway, and the grass where we parked afterward. Upon leaving the Airbnb, we left a msg stating our concern about the parking issue but left it at that. We weren’t g

If I could give these people a zero star I would. Don’t recommend them at all. My whole family and I with 2 children booked with them talked to them 2 days prior to coming out to Colorado from Tampa Florida. I Arrived to pick up my keys in the drop box to see mine wasn’t there. I called them to see where it was. Too lady was BEYOND rude told us they “emailed” me canceling a month ago. Didn’t help us at all Bad mouth the owner to the house and hung up on our face. Left me and my family with little kids stranded thousand miles away from home.
