We booked this hotel under the old name, Dakota Cowboy. The new owners had no record of that booking, but were able to accommodate us. They were extremely friendly and responsive. It is clear they are doing a TON of work to revamp what was a failing and crumbling property. Our room was great and a perfect location to explore all the nearby attractions. Highly recommended!
Was very pleased!! They had every thing you could ask for Mircowave,Coffee pot refrigerator and a hair dryer..The young lady and young man had great customer service..No key fuss..They use your phone numberto open door.. Easy to get to the main roads ..Right up from custer..Very pleased ..I highly recommend this place . No hassle..I would go right back there again to stay forsure !!!
