Luxury home build by Pamarico left my Buyers with a Punchlist of items. Closed in Nov 2021 and still have several unresolved items. As an agent working with Builders all the time, this one was great until CLOSING. Poor communication and follow through.
Build a custom home with Pomarico Construction. They went over budget, poor communicators and left us with over $10,000 worth of punch list items that he never would come back and fix. Had to hire another contractor to fix the items.
Now living in my second house built by Pomarico Construction. Great value and solid as a rock.
