Polo Run Apartments

I lucked out with a nicely remodeled apartment and nice and quiet neighbors! I enjoyed my 2 years here before moving into my house and would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet and low traffic community. When I first moved in the old property manager was pushy and rude, but over time management changed and although some minor issues did come up, they were consistently professional and kept up a greatttt standard for this community (tenant choice, cleanliness, better communication). That made Polo Run stand out from other communities here in Tulsa. The 750sqft unit with the washer/dryer hookups was the best! I loved my balconies and large walk in closet. I would have given 5 stars but some things needed to be repair. But the moved was pretty darn perfect!

I've lived here 2 yrs & have had a great experience here. Maintenance was always fast within 1 to 2 days. In May I lost my job & haven't been able to pay rent but they have evicted me yet. I got a job & start on Monday July 21. I will be able to play on Aug 1. I fractured my foot on July 4 and uncle to walk on left foot, on crutches

Moved in recently and it’s been a great experience so far. The managers are super nice, helpful, and always communicate well. They made our first move-in smooth and answered all our questions. Maintenance has been quick and respectful. A few things still need fixing no complaints, but overall we’re happy here!

Amazing!! The people who work here are friendly, and even the tenants are friendly too! It's quiet and very peaceful, I love it.
