Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase a home here!!. I should of looked at the reviews before purchasing a home here!. This company does NOT care about quality work and use cheap materials.They left paint all over the wood floors , carpet had paint , there was missing weather strips , trim for a couple of blings where not up, all the door stoppers are missing my 3 car garage doors where not closing correctly and I can go on and on !. I just moved in 3 weeks ago and have submitted claim after claim . But the worst is the water damage in my kitchen!. There is mold and now it needs to be demolished , the crazy thing is that if they inspected the home as I was told they did ,they would have caught this issue! Don't buy house from them. Foundation issues, cracked tiles, cracks on front of house, restroom racks for towels and tp falling all over the house. Hot water takes eternity to reach parts of house. Wood floor corners falling off. I can continue my list but too may to list. Please stay away from this builder. *Update*Builder finally contact me they will come out and look

I was looking for a 4 bedroom home for my client when I stumbled upon this beauty! I was in love with the home construction. Neatly constructed. Interesting floor plans. Nice size rooms. Can’t wait to show it to my client!

We just closed in june 01/2022. Several issues with the house. Builder on the final walkthrough told my husband that the small issues can be fixed after closing . He already texted the seller agent and the builder and not answer at all. My husband submitted already several tickets about the issues tiles broken, bathtub is cracked, a tile next to the toilet in master bedroom cracked terrible. I just started cleaning the bathtub and notice they were painting on top of it without covering, the bathtub is all scratched looks like trash. The concrete base of the AC unit is moved from the wall really bad, holes under kitchen cabinets, outlet without covering, completely unacceptable. So unprofessional company, now we have to wait I don’t until when and see if they are going to repair everythin
