Polaris Place

I LOST OVER $4,000 LIVING HERE. If you value professionalism, communication, and a safe, habitable environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. No renter should have to go through what I went through here. Flood #1: Maintenance cracked a pipe while turning on the outdoor spigot and left the water running for over 8 hours. Several inches of water spread through nearly my entire apartment and into the unit next door. Their response? The bare minimum. I had to beg them to replace the carpets that reeked of mildew and beg for another place to sleep. I was given one night in a model unit with no running water (illegal), and was even told “not to go crazy on the snacks.” Seriously? Flood #2: About a year later, the property flooded again — this time from a drainage issue I had already

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel future residents should be aware of my experience. When I moved into Polaris Place (8901 Antares Park Dr, Columbus, OH), the apartment was not clean, and on the first day I found cockroaches, which I immediately reported with photos. Management acknowledged the issues and sent cleaners and pest control right away. Despite the unit not being in proper move-in condition, after I moved out I was charged for a “kitchen countertop burn.” This damage was pre-existing when I moved in, just like the other issues I documented. I never caused any damage to the countertop during my stay. What has made the situation even more frustrating is the lack of follow-through. Despite raising the issue multiple times, the manager did not respond to any of my emails

Nice and quiet place and everyone in the leasing office are very friendly and welcoming! Love it here sofar! Thank you all for the easiest move in ever! Draiden made us feel welcomed and at home from the first day of move in!

I really enjoy living here. It is safe, quiet, and friendly. I really enjoy the friendly banter with management: Draiden and Yuri keep it fun, and the service guys are good at keeping the place well maintained. Easy access to the freeway, food, movies, etc...

I have to say that living in Polaris Place is one of our family great experience for our first time being in Columbus, OH after moving from LA, California. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place to live. We have almost everything we need here. A gym, a swimming pool, a club house you can stop by to grab a drink or having fun playing billiards. They even have a convenient business unit with computers, wifi and printer. This is extremely helpful when my printer suddenly run out of ink in the middle of my printing, especially at night. The landscape is regularly taken care so that we can enjoy seasonal beautiful flowers all year round. There is a pond, many trees and grass bed around the place so you can enjoy walking outdoor. I especially love that they regularly organizing events for the commu
