Horrible experience even getting in contact with these people. I came in a few weeks ago for a viewing a unit and was promised that unit. When I got approved I was called and told I had to move in within 72 hrs. I explained that I was out of town and that the day after I arrived I would be coming in. Perfect, not a problem. The business day before I was supposed to go in and pick up my keys, I can’t return to Seattle bc I’m stuck in a historic blizzard. I called several times, and left many voicemails. I then email, and text, again no response. The day of my appointment comes and they call me (after I had already called several times) to tell me that I need to reschedule. I have lived in Polaris Rainier Beach for the last 3 years. In the beginning, things were better when the property was brand new, until more residents started coming in. Now the place has become like a trash damp. Carpets are filthy. Trash chutes are often filled with trash and we get roaches in our apartment, because some people don't care to dispose off trash properly. When driving into the garage, I recently spotted several large rats running across the garbage bins! How disgusting. Security is also becoming questionable. Several times, including currently, one of the elevators does not work. The exit door on our 4th floor is locked, or someone broke the handle, so if we had an emergency, we would be trapped. Some doors don't lock properly. Work orders, are not taken care of properly.

My friends rent was paid in December and property manager has not deposited the check. Stay away from this property its infested with roaches, Rats in the dumpsters and unethical and illegal practices and no accountability!! Garbage just randomly in hallways and this what you pay almost $2,000 for!! I took these pictures when I visiting my friend to see if I wanted to move here!

If I could, I'd give it fewer stars. I lived there for over two years, and the neighborhood experienced several shootings outside the building. The elevators were constantly out of service, and access was difficult.The stairs were restricted and very dirty and smelled of dog urine. The garbage room was constantly locked. There was a cockroach infestation.Once, the ceiling of my apartment had a leak, and it took months to repair it. When they finally did, I had a hole in the ceiling for months, which they only partially repaired because I kept insisting. and when I left the apartment it still hadn't been fully repaired. We were never late with the rent, and when we moved out, we left the apartment in excellent condition. They told us we would get back part of the deposit we paid when we mov
