if you have a car, DON’T live here ‼️⛔️they said they don't have any parking available but they never said it was impossible to find parking and UNSAFE‼️‼️and they have a waitlist so you need to find a parking outside the building, on the street or a place like 15 min walking uphill which I was been follow from a man once and then I started to parked on a street where a lot of residents park and the manager told me, and someone do vandalism to my car! you can se on the pictures, I left my car parked Saturday night to Monday morning and I guess people didn't like that, and is insane! They wrote “Don’t park” all over the front window and left window where the conductor seat, if you think you can live here and have a social life with you car or working late, you're wrong after 7 - 8 there's n

URGENT HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUE Living at Polaris Apartments at Eastgate has become a serious health hazard for my family. Weed smoke constantly enters our apartment, filling our living room and bedrooms. We cannot breathe properly in our own home. This is not occasional—it is ongoing and unbearable. I live here with my children, and this situation has already caused real harm. My kids and I have gotten sick, and no family should have to worry about their children’s health because of smoke exposure inside their apartment. I have formally reported this issue by email to the leasing manager, expecting immediate action. Nothing meaningful has been done. I had been couch surfing before I moved in here 1 1/2 years ago and was beyond excited for my new place! I wish I never ever moved in here! They told me that there was no parking after I signed the lease. And I still had no idea what no parking meant. It meant that you had to park the next block over down a very crazy Hill that somebody has made a makeshift walkway up. Very sketchy very dark. Not to mention that there is a men's homeless shelter right next door to here. So that doesn't help out the sketchiness. My windshield was broken out down there. There are maybe like 15 spots in the front that are first come first serve. And that's a fight. Most people here aren't
My experience living here has been extremely disappointing. The building has ongoing issues, including roach infestations and a dirty entrance from the garage. Parking is an additional $175 per month, which feels unreasonable given the poor conditions. Management has been consistently rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Last month, a defective cell phone caused a fire in my unit, triggering the building’s sprinkler system and flooding multiple apartments. The fire department declared my unit uninhabitable. Although management was responsible for relocating me, they failed to provide any assistance, leaving me without housing.
