This company comes across like a nice and helpful group but they are nothing but a bunch of crooks. I applied for a house and without bad credit and a good job they rented to me but required a double deposit (NEARLY $5,000). Well after two and a half years they did not renew my lease with 3 weeks to move. I never bounced any checks and gave them $70,000! They never fixed any of the old dilapidated appliances the entire time I lived there. They kept my entire deposit and said I owed them $2,000 more! The carpet was old when I moved in and they replaced it when I moved out but that was all they did. $7,000 for the cheapest carpet you could find. I think not! Worst Reality Company I've ever dealt with! I WOULD NOT RENT FROM POINTE SOUTH REALITY FOR ANY REASON AND I WOULDN'T EITHER IF I W

I called and was given an agent by the name of Sammie. Barberi. From the start, she explained everything to me step-by-step. She was very detail oriented with me. She explained how the market work she explained what to expect from the company and answered all of my questions.
