Pointe Grand Palm Coast Apartments

As residents, we have watched Derek and the rest of the maintenance crew work tirelessly to maintain our property for a couple years. They offer daily hospitality and are honestly are some of our FAVORITE neighbors. Their attentive efforts create an environment of safety and community. I recently met the new Regional Director Sabrina, her attentive enthusiasm for the property and team are exactly what are neighbor needs. Excellent job team.

Absolutely beautiful apartment complex!! We had a Christmas party here and it was absolutely beautiful!! We also have family that lives in these apartments and the apartments are beautiful!! They love pets as much as I do and I love that as well!! The front office staff is absolutely amazing!! Astrid and Valeria are so kind and have been so helpful through the whole process!! If you are looking for a beautiful apartment with amazing people that work here this is your place!! You will not be disappointed!!

We are very happy living in this community. The whole area is clean, safe, and beautifully maintained, with lots of greenery and a pleasant atmosphere. The apartments are new, with modern finishes and everything feels fresh and comfortable. The management also organizes regular community events and parties, which is really great and makes living here even more enjoyable. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and truly enjoy being part of this community.

I would not recommend living at Point Grande Apartments. For what you pay, the price is extremely high for just a two-bedroom unit. The cost does not match the quality of the apartments or the service provided. Maintenance is very difficult to get in contact with. Good luck trying to get someone to respond in a timely manner. Issues that should be simple fixes turn into long waiting games with little communication. The appliances are also disappointing. The washer and dryer are half-sized, the fridge and freezer space are extremely limited, and everything feels undersized for a two-bedroom apartment. The most frustrating part was move-in and move-out. When we moved in, it was clear they had simply painted over dirt and stains from previous residents instead of properly cleaning the wal

My experience here has been horrible. First off valet trash, my trash didn’t get picked up one day and I was told because the bag was “too heavy”that they could not take it. That’s neither here or there. My biggest issue with this community is the noise problem . Y’all will sit here and say that y’all have quiet time hours, and I have complained about the apartment above me all year long about the noise that they constantly do. Every damn day is wee hours in the morning and all you hear is a stumping and things purposely dropping on the ground furniture moving chairs rolling around. During normal business hours is OK cool I get it but when this noise is nonstop, it gets to the point that even during normal business hours is aggravating.
