Pointe Grand on Main Apartments

I would like to acknowledge the major plus first, which is being able to be the first to live in the apartment that i am renting! The staff has been very professional, personal, and welcoming. While comparing apartments, Mr. Curtis was very kind and understanding to my situation. To be honest, it does take patience during the application process, but I am happy it only took one week to make the final determination. When it was time to sign the documents, DJ conducted the process. He made a scary moment feel very calm and peaceful. DJ made sure to review the policies and procedures with me. We discussed what would happen next, and I moved in that evening. Overall, my kids and I enjoy living here. I feel really good hearing the excitement in the kids' voice about our new living arrangement.

Be very cautious when reading the 5-star reviews for Point Grande on Main. Several appear to be from staff or friends of staff. For example, Patrick is the maintenance man, and if you look closely, many of the glowing reviews come from accounts that have only ever left one or two Google reviews total—often just for this property. These apartments are cheap for a reason. The complex was clearly built quickly with low-quality materials, and it shows. Maintenance is acceptable when they actually show up and focus on their job rather than promoting the property online. The exterior of the apartments is routinely neglected unless it’s along the main drive or near the leasing office. I just moved from Miami and I’m so grateful to have landed here. At first we really didn’t have a property manager but now i just really hope she doesn’t leave. Jennifer is so sweet and I’m a single mom so the events she has for our community on a regular bases melts my heart. I’m so far away from immediate family so her being so family oriented is a plus. Very understanding and just overall a great person. My kids love it here because even outside of my presence they are treated well 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Miki was detailed oriented. He left notes on what was needed to repair and also rang doorbell to let me know he was entering the unit. I love the staff here. They are the best!!!!

Best office staff ever. Very efficient and quick to handle all of my needs. Ced Mya dj and Ashley are great at their jobs. Also I have to shout out the maintenance team Patrick and Rick are amazing they make living here a dream.
