Pointe Grand New Berlin Apartments

My family and I moved in over the weekend and it was a wonderful experience. When we first showed interest in the apartment, Chris assisted us on our tour. He was very professional and helpful. William helped answers all of my questions. He is also extremely professional and friendly. Lastly, the property manager Curtis is amazing as well, which I can understand why the staff members are as helpful and nice as they are. The community exceeded my expectations. It’s clean, quiet and welcoming. We love the amenities and the overall atmosphere. My family and I love our new apartment and happy to call PG-NB home!! Oh and I cannot forget the maintenance team. Curtis deserves a shoutout because great customer service like his is honestly hard to find. Every time I’ve dealt with the office, he’s been incredibly helpful, quick to solve problems, and just genuinely nice to talk to. No stress, no confusion, just straightforward help and a great attitude. You can tell he actually cares about people and not just checking boxes. He goes the extra mile without making it feel like a big deal, which makes the whole experience smooth and easy. Super reliable, super professional, and always friendly. 10/10. If every office had a Curtis, life would be way easier.

Apartment staff was extremely friendly and helpful hosting me and my fiancé temporarily while awaiting our move in to the Yulee location. Amenities were excellent to include the gym and pet spa, Maintenance was quick to resolve any issues we discovered while staying here. Pointe Grand is a lovely place to stay in for sure!

Curtis is hands down the most helpful person in the office. Super friendly, quick to help, and always gets things done without any hassle. Every interaction is easy and stress free. Honestly just great customer service all around. 10/10 experience every time.

I had been living at Point Grand New Berlin for roughly three weeks now and I absolutely love it here. I loved it here since the day I walked through the doors to get a tour. The staff is amazing, the amenities are amazing, the location is amazing, and the apartment itself is amazing! I wouldn’t want to be living anywhere else!
