Pointe Grand Lakeland

This community is beautiful, clean and extremely well-maintained. The floorplans are thoughtfully designed, and the kitchens are truly impressive. I highly recommend Pointe Grand Lakeland to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish and well-managed place to call home!

I really caution against moving here. My family lived at Pointe Grand Plant City before breaking our lease no penalty due to many neighbors smoking weed, the gym equipment not working, and lack of communication with property management. The vetting process for tenants seems to be minimal. The buildings are nice but the walls are extremely thin, often times hearing others shower or watching tv.

We recently visited Pointe Grand Lakeland, and we were truly impressed with everything the community has to offer. The property features great amenities including a beautiful pool, a fitness center, a pickleball court, and even a dog park with a convenient dog bath station perfect for pet owners. The apartment itself felt incredibly spacious with high ceilings that make the space feel even more open and comfortable. One of the standout features is the smart home technology. You can connect the AC unit to Alexa, and even integrate the washer and dryer for added convenience. The apartment also includes a camera at the front door, which is a great added touch for security and peace of mind.
