The people are so friendly. They made us feel right home before and while moving. I am so glad that we were able to get a place. I recommend everyone to come here.

Grand point Beaufort is seriously amazing! It's got such a great vibe, super modern, and feels really spacious. I love all the natural light, too it just makes everything feel so welcoming and bright. Definitely a fantastic place i would recommend to live. I'd say the natural light is a huge one plus for me it just makes everything feel so open and inviting. And the modern kitchen is awesome, it looks really sleek. Plus, the whole layout feels super spacious and well-designed. To the staff, Ambelly, Ashley and Tonya they welcome you with a wonderful presences.They are a Blessing!! Awsome group of woman very Helpful VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! THEY HAVE ALL THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT THE COMMUNITY .The tour is amazing as well.Come join Grand Point Beaufort!!!

Just moved here and it is amazing. Amberly and Ashley were so helpful with the whole prelease process. Everyone here is so kind! There is a lovely little pond with a walking path. Even though some of the property is still under new construction you can't really tell because they are quiet and respectful. I couldn't recommend this place more!

I just moved into Pointe Grand Beaufort and so far my experience has been great. The community is beautiful, quiet, and very well maintained. The apartments feel brand new, with modern finishes and thoughtful layouts that make it feel like home right away. The leasing team was welcoming, professional, and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate how attentive and responsive everyone has been so far. The amenities are gorgeous and the overall atmosphere of the community is peaceful and inviting. I’m very happy with my decision to move here and excited to be part of this community.

The apartments are spacious and well laid out. The 2 bed, 2 bath floor plan feels open and comfortable. The community is very pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me, and the pet spa is such a convenient amenity. The pool is beautiful and well maintained, and having the option to rent a garage is a great bonus. Overall, it’s a clean, quiet, and welcoming community that truly feels like home🥰
