She is a very, very sweet and helpful person i’ve been knowing her for a few years now and every time I move apartments, I have to go where she’s at because she’s just so much of a good management at the properties that I rather be somewhere comfortable and safe where she’s managing the property She is very understandable I love these apartments. Out of all the apartments that I’ve been living in I can’t lie. These are the best ones so far it’s a small community very quiet very calm. Everybody here is friendly respectful it’s a very clean property maintenance very helpful you put a work order in and it won’t take them more than one day to come in and check on your problem. Heartless landlords who let GREED overpower their sense of humanity. My Grandmother recently became homeless, and I had already talked to someone to get things into works of adding her to the lease. I JUST moved all her things into my apartment, and I have ALREADY got hit with a letter threatening to charge me 100 dollars a day for "unauthorized occupants". I understand if it was maybe a week or two, but we're talking just a few days in, AND I had already talked to someone about the situation. I'm struggling myself, might I add, and getting the money in order to have everything arranged isn't easy like these people think. Do not move here. I most definitely won't be renewing my lease.
