Shout out to Maintenance technician Tim Sona. I had a package that was too heavy for me to carry up stairs and he helped me just out of being nice and helpful. Also when he has worked on anything in my apartment, he listens to what I think is the issue, then accesses the issue, and completes the task in a timely and well done manner. It’s nice to have a maintenance technician that gets the job done right and timely! I wanted to pass on credit where credit is due.

The Management are very professional and treat residents with respect and truthful. The New Management have had the bushes trimmed. Have had the hallways painted. What a Difference it has made. Also the Maintenance personnel promptly fix problems in our apartment. I am very pleased!!!

We relocated to this development sight unseen three years ago. From the moment we arrived there were problems. A few weeks ago new ownership and management took over and it has been a 180° turn around. Kris and Stacy are a breath of fresh air. They are extremely polite and professional. The changes they have made are immediately visible. Kris and Stacy are responsive the concerns of the community and are proactive rather than reactive. They have begun beautifications of the grounds and facilities. Thank you Artisan, Kris, and Stacy!

Place is INFESTED with birds. Bunch of residents have bird feeders which in turn attracted thousands of birds to be chirping, singing, and screaming every morning. Not just a couple chirps but THOUSANDS of birds. Unless you wear headphones or have the tv near full volume, you will hear them even with the windows closed. If you have trouble sleeping with a bunch of noise, do NOT rent here. It. Is. Miserable. Walls are paper thin too, so you will hear everyone going up and down the stairs and walking past your apartment. Packages get stolen constantly because of lack of cameras in mailroom. Management left a note stating “the only way I can think to deter this theft is having everyone pick their packages up in the office”. Call me crazy, but I think installing cameras would be a better and

Nice apartment, conveniently located, friendly management. Unfortunately the apartment has alot of downfalls you should know. 1. Snow removal is weak 2. No cameras in mail rooms so your likely to have package stolen (had a 200 dollar car part stolen here) 3. Cockroaches 4. Airleaks through patio door which drives up your heating bill and allows bugs into your apartment 5. Jacuzzi never worked and pool was nasty still water with no active filter 6. College kids shot me and my car with airsoft guns 7. Pungent weed smell These things can be fixed and I hope they do. Keep in mind my experience is from 2020-2023 so thing may have changed.
